You need both. School, books, seminars all make you a more learned person. Experience is the only thing that can make you grow. Get out there and do something cool.

Too much cleaning

Tuning and organizing something in your life to 100% takes time. It’s important to assess whether you’ll get that much more time back or if you should leave it at 95% and move on.

3 Words for 2010

There are an infinite number of viewpoints and the one your gut reaction gives you might not be the best one for the situation, so a problem arises: you need a good point of view and you have way to many to pick from. Having a set of requirements for the position you adopt will make picking it easier and faster.

Going to completion

The last few percent is a pretty easy time to get discouraged or lose sight of your goal and that makes it what separates the strong and the weak.
